1. Who is responsible

[Lunar Leap Technologies LLP — CONFIRM LEGAL ENTITY], Mumbai, India, operating as "Unbound CXO", is responsible for personal data described in this policy. Contact: hello@unboundcxo.com.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

To assess fit; to deliver and improve engagements; to communicate with you; to meet legal obligations; and to protect our rights and systems. Where a legal basis is required (for example under UK/EU law), we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performance of contract, legitimate interests in operating a careful business, and consent where applicable.

4. Prospect data — if you become a client

Running your engine involves processing information about your prospects (names, roles, public profiles, contact details) on your behalf and on your instructions. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor; specifics are governed by your engagement agreement. We source prospect data from professional databases and public profiles, use it only for your engagement, and do not sell it.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers we use to operate: website hosting and form handling, workspace and approval tooling, outreach infrastructure, AI drafting services, and email. These providers process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

6. International transfers

We operate from India and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Retention

Applications we decline are kept for up to 12 months (so we can revisit fit honestly), then deleted. Client engagement data is kept for the engagement plus the period needed for legal and accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Write to hello@unboundcxo.com; we respond to every request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Security and children

We use reputable providers, least-access practices, and isolated per-client credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we treat your name — carefully. Our services and site are for business users and not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date.
